Application Overview
This machine converts wet particles into beautiful balls by setting up a rotating centrifugal disc, blower, and pneumatic spray gun. Put the wet particles made from the previous process into the rotating centrifugal disc, start the blower, and then start the rotating centrifugal disc. The wet particles are subjected to the buoyancy of the annular air, rotating centrifugal force, and self gravity, and move in a circular rope like manner, forming a ball with extremely high true sphericity.
